Vivienne is a dedicated professional who joined The Work Place in January 2025. With a Master’s Degree in Economic Crime Management and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Vivienne brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise to her role. She has two years’ recruitment experience with Agoda International, where she developed skills in talent acquisition and client engagement. Prior to this, Vivienne accumulated extensive experience in customer service within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a deep commitment to delivering high-quality service in diverse, fast-paced environments. Having immigrated to Canada in the summer of 2020, Vivienne has adapted to a new cultural and professional landscape, enriching her ability to work with people from various backgrounds. Fluent in Mandarin and with working knowledge of both Malay and Cantonese, Vivienne is well-equipped to connect with clients and colleagues across different cultures.
